We want every visit to Sunroom Plants to feel welcoming, thoughtful, and transparent. Please review our store policies before making a purchase or attending an event.

🌱 Live Plants

  • All live plant sales are final sale — no refunds or exchanges.
  • If your plant shows signs of distress within 48 hours of purchase, please contact us promptly with photos and your receipt.
  • Our team is always happy to provide care guidance and troubleshooting support.
Plants are living things and may react differently to lighting, watering, humidity, and environmental changes after leaving the store.

🪴 Pots & Accessories

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase.
  • Items must be unused and in original condition.
  • A valid receipt is required for all returns.
  • Returns are issued as store credit only.
  • Sale items are final sale.

🎟️ Workshops & Events

  • Workshop and event tickets are non-refundable.
  • If you cannot attend, tickets may be transferred to another person with advance notice.
  • No-shows are not eligible for rescheduling or store credit.
  • If Sunroom Plants cancels an event, attendees will receive store credit.

🎁 Custom Orders

  • Custom arrangements and specialty orders are final sale.
  • Please carefully review all order details before confirming your order.
  • Our team will confirm specifications and preferences prior to fulfillment.

🌿 Plant Health & Variability

  • Plants naturally vary in size, fullness, shape, and coloration.
  • Seasonal changes and environmental conditions may affect appearance and growth.
  • Proper post-purchase care is the responsibility of the customer.
  • We provide guidance, care tips, and support whenever possible.

🏺 Pottery & Breakage

  • Please handle pottery and planters carefully while shopping.
  • Items broken due to customer handling must be purchased.
  • Children should be supervised while visiting the shop.
  • If an item arrives damaged or breaks due to store handling, please notify our staff immediately.

💚 Our Plant Happiness Promise

If your new plant shows signs of serious stress shortly after purchase, bring it back with your receipt and our team will do everything possible to help troubleshoot the issue. In qualifying situations, a one-time replacement may be offered at manager discretion.
